Apart from soil and rock samples, these laboratories are equipped with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer, a CHN Analyzer, a thin section processor, petrologic and biological photomicroscopes, a computer-linked environmental sensor for marine stratification studies, and other state-of-the-art experimental tools.
