3 Faculty Members respectively receive the Faculty Performance Award in Early Career Researcher, Scholarly Work, and Team Teaching 2023/24

As announced by HKBU on 19 March 2024, three of our academic colleagues, Prof. Gao Meng, Dr. Daphne Mah, and Dr. Lyu Xiaopu were respectively awarded the Faculty Performance Award in Scholarly Work, Team Teaching (Faculty of Social Sciences Team), and Early Career Researcher 2023/24 for the Faculty of Social Sciences. The Department of Geography extends its heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Gao, Dr. Mah and Dr. Lyu on this occasion of success and achievement.

The Hong Kong Baptist University established the President’s Award Scheme for Outstanding Performance of Academic/Teaching Staff in 2000-01 to recognize outstanding performance, promote excellence in performance standards and encourage colleagues to press on for greater achievements. In recognition of the outstanding performance of staff, the Awards Presentation Ceremony will be held on 2 May 2024.
